How to use the Find a Guide service
Welcome to our Find a Guide service. Our form will help to put you in touch with one of our highly qualified guides. It will only show results for tour guides who are available on the requested dates.
Below are some points to note to ensure you get the best from the system:
ATGI is not a Tour Operator. Each of our Members are self-employed tour guides and manage their own calendar and availability.
Search a guide and either contact the guide directly or use the enquiry form to send them your requirements. Once you click confirm, an email with the main details of your request is sent to the chosen qualified guide straight away.
We will acknowledge your booking request by email. However, do not always expect to hear from a guide for 48 hours; this ensures as many relevant guides can see and respond to your request, and therefore that you get the best match for your requirements. However, if your tour is the following day, you should hear from a guide within a few hours. Please do not re-enter your booking request during this time.
Once you hear from a guide, please then agree rates and requirements as soon as possible, the guide will accept the tour and you have no further actions.
Please always check the last field on the form and 'confirm you are not a robot'; some browsers may automatically populate your email address in this field. If so, please delete and enter the correct answer to the question, (the answer is already given to you).
