We take great care with personal information that is provided to us online, taking steps to keep it secure and ensure it is used only for the purposes specified in this privacy statement.  We will not sell, share or transfer this information other than for the reasons set out in this Data Privacy Statement.  Your personal data is collected to assist us in improving the service available to you, our members.  We will not pass on this information to third parties.  At all times ATGI will control and remain responsible for the use of your personal data. 

We may use the information we collect occasionally to notify you about new or ongoing facilities, services or events, important functional changes within the Society or to the website and other offers that we think you may find beneficial.  Your data may be used for communication from the Society to you, the members, or alternatively, the telephone numbers provided by you may be used by Society officers in relation to forthcoming events that may be of interest to you.

Right of Access

You have a right to be given a copy of your personal data. To do this, please submit  a Subject Access Request in writing (post), accompanied by proof of identify (eg passport). We will respond to you as soon as possible, and in all cases, within 30 calendar days. Requests should be directed in writing to the Accounts Administrator, and a fee of €7 is payable for each request.
